The Is For Lovers festival at Riverbend Music Center was a daylong festival stacked with generations of fans and bands: Hot Mulligan, Movements, Silverstein, The Wonder Years, Hawthorne Heights, and more!
I provided an editorial gallery that captured the mix of intimacy and scale, combining the candid moments that tell the story with documenting the experience of the community enjoying the festival.
Mammoth Music & Arts Festival
The Mammoth Music & Arts Festival brings local acts to Mammoth Street in Newport, KY. Regional artists filled vendor row, and refreshments were provided from nearby resturants and bars.
In 2024, I documented the first year. There was more than just stages and performances: kids dancing in the street, local artists setting up colorful stalls, friends sharing bourbon in the evening light. The festival wasn’t just about sound and spectacle—it was about community reclaiming space, weaving together generations and genres, and creating fleeting moments of connection that live on in photographs.
