    Aligning with the content calendar and conversion data, email marketing includes defining target audiences, identifying retargeting opportunities, and strategizing and executing email campaigns around that quarter’s goals.

  • Content Calendar

    To align with the band’s goals, the content calendar includes a quarterly overview and 8 suggested posts a month, including captions and KPIs for tracking success (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI). Content Calendar will be supplied one month at a time and can be revised twice.

  • Release Cycle EPKs

    EPKs are written on a release basis and posted to the band’s website for sharing with the press. Included items:

  • Broadcast Channel/Discord

    Engage with your community on a smaller scale with posts and engagement made just for your Instagram Broadcast Channel and/or Discord. These include special offers, unique show announcements, or content made just for your most loyal audience.

  • Branding Questionaire

    A concise 15-question quiz to give us a definition of:

    Your band's key messaging, personality, and aesthetics.

    Target Audience including demographics and behaviors.

    Look-A-Like Analysis and how your band differentiates itself.

    Marketing Goals & Objectives – Specific, measurable goals (e.g., increase brand awareness, generate leads, boost sales).

    Don’t worry if these are not established. The questionnaire is made to help us identify gaps as well. Any additional documents provided would help greatly.

  • Meta Ads

    Data-driven advertising focused on audience targeting, budget optimization, campaign tracking, strategy, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure your music reaches the right fans at the right time. Service includes Pixel and Conversion API setup on the band website, E-Commerce, Linktree, and CRM mailing list organized and imported. Meta Ad Strategy (if included) will be supplied one month at a time and cannot be revised at the Ad level once published.
